Delivery and Returns Policy


Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Our delivery times depend up stock levels and availability.

If you require an order urgently please call us on 01284 760193 and we will see if we can organise a special delivery, please note this will incur an additional postage charge.

Postage, Packaging and Insurance…

Postage and insurance to addresses within the UK is £6.50 for orders under £50 or free for orders over £100. Packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed which guarantees a next day delivery service or your money back.

International mail plus insurance is £15.00. If this works out cheaper, we will only charge you accordingly.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write or email us. Our full details are on our contact page. To cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting with the day after you receive the goods.

We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract, there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost, to the address given. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you within 7 days, less any costs to collect the goods if required. Starting with the day on which we receive the goods with a notice of cancellation in writing from you.
